In general, digital media tends to be faster than CDs because it can be transferred and accessed more quickly due to the absence of physical moving parts. Additionally, digital media can be accessed instantly, while CDs require physical insertion and reading by a drive. Therefore, in most cases, digital media is faster than CDs. **
